Bartenders
The Manhattans Project isn’t just about us making great drinks; it’s a space for some of London’s best, perhaps unsung bartenders to take over and take centre stage for a night. We work on a profit share basis, so the more drinks you sell the more money you make, and we’ll help you manage bookings, provide a host for the evening and help with producing menus and ordering stock. All we ask is that you make great drinks, look after our customers, and clean up after yourself.
Hosts
We really care about the drinks, but they’re nothing without intelligent, helpful and occasionally sassy service. You need to know your drinks, care about your customers and be prepared to muck in – but you don’t necessarily have to be a waiter or waitress by trade (though some previous experience helps!).
If you’re good you’ll be well tipped, we pay great hourly rates for the industry, and there’s always a delicious drink or two to try throughout the night.
Other
We are generally available for menu consultancy, press requests and often for private events, whether at our venue or in your office, home or assorted space! Get in touch with Felix to discuss your needs further.
