We’ve been at our little corner of Morning Lane for a while now, and we’re starting to feel like part of the neighbourhood. We’ve poured countless Champagne Daiquiri’s, pounded a lot of shots and generally done our best to be the most happening little bar in Hackney Central.
All that hard work has been noticed, too; we had an incredible review from Londonist, Time Out recently featured us as their bar of the week and, incredibly, the Financial Times said “Every Cloud is creating drinks that would give innovative cocktail joint The Aviary in Chicago a run for its money”. An exclamation mark doesn’t do justice to how gobsmacked we were by that one.
You’ve also been amazingly kind to us on facebook, google and everywhere else you could leave reviews, with a pretty solid “almost 5” on every site I could find. Hurrah! And thank you!

Hudson Masterclass at Every Cloud with Tony Vanaria, Hudson Global Ambassador
Every Cloud and the Manhattans Project have teamed up with American Craft whiskey pioneers Hudson to bring you an exciting, fun and informative evening of whiskey and whiskey cocktails.
Hudson Whiskey delivers the genuine; pioneering experience of ‘real’ craft distilled American Whiskey. Hudson Whiskey is produced in the first distillery in the state of New York since the end of prohibition and the first to ever make bourbon!
Tony Vanaria, the Hudson Global Ambassador, will be sharing the Hudson story and sampling the Hudson Baby Bourbon and Rye Whiskeys. Tony loves nothing more than speaking about the incredible story of Hudson. Tony will be telling of Tuthilltown Distillery’s – the home of Hudson – humble beginnings as a 240 year old grist mill in 2001 to winning Artisan Distiller of the year in 2010. Join us to hear our story, learn about our unusual sonic maturation technique and sample some great whiskey.

We’ll also be holding events with other spirit brands soon, including an exciting look at the literary history of gin with Hendricks gin in the summer.
Finally, we’re now opening on Mondays, with a selection of £5 drinks for our industry friends (or anyone for whom the week just started too early), and our little cocktail garden is just bedding in and now open till 10pm every night. We’re also going to be launching a very exciting restaurant, Silver Lining, soon and right next door! We’ll let you know more about that as soon as we can.
